Being present is one of those things that sounds simple until you actually try to do it consistently. It's probably one of the trickiest things to get right, and most of us are working on it more than we'd like to admit.

A weekend away with my husband and grown sons gave me a front-row seat to what it actually feels like to stay there, not just show up, but really stay. In this episode, I'm sharing three things that help you slow down, pull your attention back when it starts to wander, and stay in the moment long enough to feel the joy that's already waiting for you.
